FSA Holdings Pte Ltd is a fast-growing sports facilities and programs company specialising in tennis, now expanding into pickleball and padel tennis. We operate premium courts, coaching programs, leagues, tournaments, and community events designed to grow the game and bring players together—from beginners to competitive athletes.

We’re passionate about building vibrant sports communities and are looking for a Marketing Executive who shares our energy for sport, lifestyle, and brand growth.

The Role

As our Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in growing awareness, participation, and engagement across our facilities and programs. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive memberships, program enrolments, events, and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for pickleball and padel programs, leagues, events, and facilities
• Manage and grow our social media presence (content planning, posting, engagement, and analytics)
• Create marketing content including posts, emails, flyers, ads, and website updates
• Coordinate promotions, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities
• Support event marketing for tournaments, launches, and community activations
• Manage email marketing campaigns and customer communications
• Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
• Work closely with operations, coaching, and management teams to align messaging

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably in sports, fitness, lifestyle, or hospitality
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Passion for sports—pickleball and padel experience is a big plus (but not essential)
