Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is seeking a professional in Singapore to design and draft MEP layouts for the construction industry. This role requires a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in an M&E subcontractor environment. Responsibilities include creating coordinated drawings using Revit and assisting project managers with planning and site visits. Offering a competitive salary of up to $4,500 plus additional benefits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in M&E subcontractor environment.
- Experience in designing and drafting MEP layouts and sections.
- Ability to produce detailed drawings and resolve clashes.
Responsibilities
- Design and draft MEP layouts, sections, and space plans.
- Create coordinated drawings and resolve disciplinary clashes.
- Produce shop and as-built drawings using Revit.
- Assist project managers with planning and site meetings.

- Assisted project managers and engineers with coordination, planning, and site visits/meetings as needed.
- Min. Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Min. 2 years of working experiences in M&E Subcontractor environment.
