Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Operations Management.
• Relevant qualification in a health-related field will be an advantage.
• At least eight years of experience in healthcare; work related to healthcare operations management.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for communication with business units in China.
• Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ability to network and foster relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to travel and accommodate flexible travel schedules.

Responsibilities

• Guide team members in business unit operations and governance.
• Participate in operational committees to oversee business progress.
• Involved in change management concerning business operations.
• Initiate and report on improvement opportunities for systems and processes.
• Build a cohesive culture within the OUEH team and business units.
• Assist team members and stakeholders at head office.
• Develop quarterly reports on key focus areas and achievements.
• Support strategy development for new business initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders on Business Development/M&A activities.
