Field Service Engineer - Installation & Site Lead
Job summary
A regional engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Field Service Engineer. In this role, you will work with the local field service team, ensuring safe and timely project execution. Responsibilities include conducting investigations, managing on-site technical issues, and leading a team of technicians. The ideal candidate holds a degree in E&M Engineering with 3-5 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills. Proficiency in English is required, with Mandarin as a plus. Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in rolling stock or related industries.
- Experience with software tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Manager on site installation.
- Conduct site surveys and manage on-site technical issues.
- Lead and supervise site supervisors, technicians, and contractors.
- Ensure site safety and quality of work.
