Site Architectural Coordinator

A major engineering firm in Singapore seeks an experienced architect to oversee the architectural coordination and installation processes on construction sites. The role involves liaising with subcontractors, reviewing architectural documents, and conducting site inspections. Candidates should possess a Diploma in a related field, have at least 8 years of architectural experience, and 5 years in construction supervision, preferably with LTA projects. This position offers the opportunity to lead and ensure the quality and compliance of projects.
Qualificações
- Minimum 8 years of architectural experience in construction projects.
- 5 years of experience in construction supervision of similar scale.
- Experience with LTA project preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee architectural coordination and installation processes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for scheduling and execution.
- Develop and review architectural drawings for compliance.
- Act as the primary contact for architectural issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections for compliance and quality.
Conhecimentos
Formação académica
- Oversee all aspects of the architectural coordination and installation process on construction sites.
- Coordinate with architectural subcontractors to ensure proper scheduling, communication, and execution of design plans.
- Develop and review architectural drawings, detailing, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all architectural-related issues on the construction site, working to resolve any disputes or challenges that may arise.
- Collaborate with project managers, project engineers, and management to ensure coordination and alignment of architectural plans with overall project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with architectural specifications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to architectural coordination activities.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with Diploma in relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.
- Experience with LTA project is preferable.
