RegASK augments Regulatory Affairs teams, combining AI efficiency and community‑driven intelligence to streamline compliance across the product lifecycle. The Position

As a Content Lead at RegASK, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and amplification of RegASK’s global content strategy. This position is a combination of strategic thinking, exceptional storytelling, and a strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing with the ability to leverage Agentic AI tools to scale content creation and engagement. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, CEO, CPTO, and Head of Commercial, the Content Lead will position RegASK as the authoritative voice in regulatory transformation, AI innovation, and industry leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Development

• Define and manage RegASK’s content and thought‑leadership roadmap, aligned to brand positioning and growth priorities
• Plan and execute the annual content calendar across owned, earned, and paid channels
• Translate complex regulatory and technical topics into engaging, accessible narratives and reports (e.g., State of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance (SORAC) Report series, webinars, product insights)

Editorial Oversight & Brand Consistency

• Maintain and evolve RegASK’s editorial line in alignment with the Head of Marketing’s strategic narrative and messaging pillars
• Ensure all content, internal and external, reflects a consistent brand voice, tone, and positioning
• Lead editorial planning sessions, define key themes, and manage the cross‑functional content calendar

Thought‑Leadership & Executive Positioning

• Partner with executive leadership to shape consistent messaging across keynote presentations, media appearances, and events
• Develop high‑quality thought‑leadership pieces, op‑eds, and commentary in collaboration with internal experts and PR partners
• Amplify visibility through post‑creation, and external feature placement

AI‑Enabled Content Operations

• Leverage agentic AI tools (ChatGPT Enterprise, Writer, Descript) to repurpose webinars, interviews, and reports into multi‑format assets
• Implement automation workflows for content tagging, versioning, and performance analytics
• Maintain a central content library for re‑use, localisation, and knowledge sharing

Measurement & Optimization

• Define and monitor content KPIs (reach, engagement, inbound demo influence)
• Analyze performance data and AI insights to refine formats, tone, and distribution
• Continuously improve the impact and scalability of RegASK’s content engine

Profile Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
• 6–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS, Life Sciences, or Technology marketing
• Demonstrated excellence in writing, editing, and brand storytelling
• Prior experience in SEO / GEO marketing
• Experience leading editorial strategy or thought‑leadership programs
• Familiarity with AI‑powered content creation and analytics tools
• Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution; comfortable in a fast‑growth environment
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to connect complex ideas to market narratives
• Skilled collaborator who can partner effectively across leadership, product, and sales teams
• Confident communicator with exceptional attention to detail
