Job summary

A major engineering firm in Singapore seeks an experienced architect to oversee the architectural coordination and installation processes on construction sites. Candidates should possess a Diploma in a related field, have at least 8 years of architectural experience, and 5 years in construction supervision, preferably with LTA projects. Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the architectural coordination and installation process on construction sites.
• Coordinate with architectural subcontractors to ensure proper scheduling, communication, and execution of design plans.
• Develop and review architectural drawings, detailing, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all architectural-related issues on the construction site, working to resolve any disputes or challenges that may arise.
• Collaborate with project managers, project engineers, and management to ensure coordination and alignment of architectural plans with overall project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with architectural specifications.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to architectural coordination activities.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with Diploma in relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.
• Experience with LTA project is preferable.
