AVP/Senior Associate, Multi-Asset Dealing Specialist (Focus on Cryptocurrency), Cryptocurrency Product Manager, Private Banking, Consumer Banking Group - ( WD72171 )

DBS’ Private Banking offers a one-stop, full-service touchpoint for total banking requirements and provides the highest level of personalised banking. We have a team of dedicated, experienced investment advisors who identify opportunities in the various asset classes and employ the best strategies and product vehicles to cater to each client’s needs. Coupled with partnerships within the DBS network and with global institutions, we strive to build long-term relationships with our Private Banking clients in Asia by providing them with high quality, timely and extensive wealth management, investment and financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• London Shift dealer (4pm-1am); execution of wealth client orders in Cryptocurrency, FX Equities, Fixed Income and Physical Gold, with a core focus on Cryptocurrency.
• To support 24/7 spot crypto dealing activities for wealth clients who require prompt access into the markets.
• To support execution of crypto structure products for wealth clients.
• Liaison with internal stakeholders for trade monitoring, reconciliation, investigation, and prompt reporting of trades.
• Flexible to move between Asia/London/US shifts as and when required to support the team.
• To be involved in a Cryptocurrency Product Manager role, including
  i) generate ideas to drive the business,
  ii) presentations to RMs and clients,
  iii) develop product strategies and campaigns,
  iv) data mining.
• Assist in UAT testing for new projects/system enhancements as and when required.

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Finance, Business or Accounting preferably with 4-8 years of relevant dealing experience.
• Meticulous, calm and able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Team player with good organizational and communication skills.
• Good customer orientation and able to handle client’s issues promptly.
• Understanding and observance of control, risk and banking regulations, and a strong control mindset.
• CACS (1 & 2) and FMRP are pre-requisites to perform this role and shortlisted candidates must be prepared to obtain these certifications if selected for the role.
• Able to work all weekends and flexible to perform 24/7 shift work including public holidays.
