Job summary
A leading landscaping company in Singapore seeks a dedicated sales support professional to manage emails and customer sales calls. The ideal candidate will have at least O levels and 2 years of experience in sales support or administration. Responsibilities include developing sales reports and maintaining customer records. Competence in MS Office and strong organizational skills are essential. Join us to make an impactful contribution to our team's success.
Qualifications
- Min O levels and above preferred.
- Min 2 years proven work experience as sales support or admin.
- Diligent, initiative, curious and eager to create impact.
Responsibilities
- Handling emails and sales calls over phone.
- Developing monthly sales and service reports.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Checking data accuracy in documentations.

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 9am – 6pm

- Developing monthly Sales & Service report, Contract, Filing of documentations
- Maintaining and updating of sales and customer records
- Communicate with customers internally and externally
- Checking data accuracy in documentations (Reports, Contract, Documentations)
- Min O levels and above preferred
- Min 2 years proven work experience as sales support, Admin etc.
- Team player with high dedication
- Experience with MS Office (Words, Powerpoint, Excel. Etc)
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills
- Diligent, initiative, curious and eager to create impact
