Job summary

A local education center in Singapore is looking for an administrative support staff member to assist with inquiries, class scheduling, and maintenance of teaching materials. Ideal candidates will have at least an O'level qualification and be proficient in English and Chinese to communicate with students. This position requires a long-term commitment, with flexible working hours across weekdays and weekends. Applicants must reside in Singapore.

Qualifications

  • Required languages: English, Chinese for communication purposes.
  • Able to commit for long-term employment.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in and phone inquiries.
  • Assist teachers in preparing teaching materials.
  • Manage class scheduling and collect tuition fees.
  • Update and prepare documents.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the centre.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least O'level.
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
  • Able to commit for long-term.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 2p.m. - 9p.m., Saturday & Sunday 8.30a.m. - 5p.m. , 2 - 3 working days a week
  • Polytechnic / university students are welcome to apply.
