About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Cum Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team at ONEGLOBE CONSOLIDATORS (S) PTE. LTD. This full‑time role will be based in the East Region and will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial records and administrative operations of our company.

What you'll be doing
  • Performing accounts receivable and accounts payable duties, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations
  • Manage collection activities by following up on outstanding payments via calls and emails, sending reminder letters and reviewing customer account activity
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and procedures
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other documentation as required
  • Providing administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and responding to general inquiries
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them
What we're looking for
  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in an accounts or administrative role, preferably within the Accounting, Finance or Logistics industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • A proactive and problem‑solving mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement
