Job summary

A general services company in Singapore is looking for an Administrative Assistant to handle various tasks, including data entry, document management, and coordination with internal departments and vendors. The ideal candidate should be a Singapore Citizen or PR, possess basic PC knowledge, and be responsible with the ability to work independently. This role offers a salary range of $1,800 to $2,500 depending on experience.

  • Liaise with internal departments and vendors for basic office matters.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the management.

🕒 Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm

💰 Salary Range:

$1,800 – $2,500 (depending on experience)

  • Responsible and able to work independently
