Our client is seeking a committed QEHS Executive to support the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of their Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO and local regulatory standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in internal and external audits, management reviews, and overall QEHS performance to ensure the organization’s operational excellence and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Management Representative (MR) in the administration, control, and distribution of IMS documentation, including QEHS manuals, procedures, standards, and work methods.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date IMS records and master document lists.
Coordinate internal audit programs by scheduling audits, liaising with auditors, tracking audit findings, and preparing reports for management.
Act as the liaison for external auditors and certification bodies for audits such as ISO (9001, 14001, 45001), BizSAFE, Green and Gracious Builder Scheme (GGBS), CONSASS, and other related schemes.
Provide advisory and administrative support to senior management on EHS and Integrated Management System matters.
Plan, organize, and facilitate annual management reviews, including the preparation of materials, meeting minutes, and the monitoring of corrective and follow-up actions.
Oversee the maintenance and continual improvement of the IMS to ensure full compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to compile sustainability reports for individual projects.
Perform additional tasks and assignments as directed by MD, GM, or MR.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental & Occupational Health, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant QEHS experience within the construction industry.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certification will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Singapore EHS regulations, certification standards, and audit procedures.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
