Job Details:
• Location: Tampines (Company transport provided)
• Salary: Up to $2,600 Basic + $110 Fixed Meal & Transport Allowance + $11/Day Shift or $22/Night Shift Allowance + 1 Month Completion Bonus
• Duration: Immediate - 1 Year Contract Extendable/Convertible
• Working hours: 4/3/3/4 Mon-Sun 830am-845pm or 830pm to 845am (according to roster, will be doing both day & night shift)

Job Scope:
• Support, maintain and troubleshoot production machines to ensure consistent machines uptime
• Provide engineering, production and application support for automation equipment with regard to operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation or upgrading
• First level, front-end support to maintain AMHS operations and trouble AMHS (Aeronautical Message Handling System)
• Perform daily/routine checks to monitor equipment operating parameters and MPI/MMM check sheets, prompt updating onto monitoring system to ensure operations are within control specifications.
• Troubleshoot and perform quick equipment breakdown recovery, carry out corrective/preventive maintenance, upgrading, modification or improvement work together with
• Ensure workstations are in excellent 5S housekeeping and safety
• Monitor the automation equipment utilization performance through OEE (availability and performance rates)
• Help to manage and control critical spare parts and inventory record/management regularly

Requirements:
• Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Engineering
• 1 to 2 years related working experience in semiconductor industry is preferred
• Comfortable to work 12 hour rotating shift (4 working day/3 rest day/3 working day/4 rest day)
