A leading HR consulting firm is seeking an HR Administrator to oversee daily office administration and support recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth operational flow while managing various HR initiatives. This role requires a diploma in HR or Business Administration and offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Administration Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day general office administration, including the management of stationery, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
* Coordinate with service providers and vendors for office support and maintenance services.
* Arrange flower and gift orders as needed.
* Handle travel and accommodation bookings for staff when required.
* Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and staff activities.
* Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other correspondence.
* Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and maintains a professional atmosphere.
* Collaborate effectively with other departments to support cross-functional needs.
* Perform various ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Human Resources Responsibilities:
* Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
* Assist in managing employee benefits, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
* Coordinate staff training programs and maintain comprehensive training records.
* Help implement company policies and procedures.
* Draft and prepare HR-related documents such as letters, memos, and reports.
* Contribute to HR initiatives, including employee engagement and wellness programs.
* Carry out additional HR-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
* Solid understanding of HR practices and local labor regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment.
