Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Coordinator; Cum Administrative Executive role located in Bukit Timah Central Region. The Candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sales

  • Liaise between office & ground staff

  • Client communication & relationship management

  • Prepare reports, tenders & quotations

  • Coordinate with suppliers & contractors

  • Handle invoicing & procurement

  • Graphic design (Photoshop), project layout & planning

  • Project management & cost analysis

  • Schedule planning & license renewals

  • May include hands-on landscaping work

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Landscape Design & Horticulture (or related)

  • Good communication in local languages preferred

  • Strong organization & time management

  • MS Office proficiency

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, 3D Structural Drawing is preferable.

  • Team player, independent, flexible, ability to be self-motivated and stretch one’s comfort Zone to achieve excellence in work.

  • No experience required – on-the-job training provided!

  • As a small company, flexibility is key—the candidate should be willing to take on various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
