Post 1) Engineering Assistant (Production)

• Support Production Technicians/Operators in machine and process troubleshooting, process change control, failure analysis, and assist the supervisor in controlling the production team.
• Specialize in processes and perform higher-level troubleshooting and failure analysis.
• Guide technicians and operators to achieve required output and quality. Check supplementary materials changes to ensure proper execution.
• Assist Line Engineer in checking control charts and checklists.
• Ensure smooth production operation with production reports.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve daily final test yield.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.

Post 2) Technician (Production)

• Support machine and process troubleshooting, process change, process control, failure analysis, and assist the supervisor in controlling the production team.
• Specialize in processes and perform higher-level troubleshooting and failure analysis.
• Guide technicians and operators to achieve required output and quality.
• Check supplementary materials changes to ensure proper execution.
• Assist Line Engineer in checking control charts and checklists.
• Ensure smooth production operation with production reports.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve daily final test yield.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Perform any other jobs as assigned by the manpower supervisor.

Requirements:

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering disciplines.
• Able to perform 12-hour shifts and work in a cleanroom environment.
