• Industry/ Organization Type: Packaging Supplier
• Position Title: Operator Assistant
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 5.5 - 6days, Monday to Saturday (10am-5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary $1,800 - $2,700 + OT
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the lifting, moving, and loading of heavy paperboards to and from production areas.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of materials to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling daily production tasks.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure materials are available as needed.
• Help track production progress and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in adjusting schedules based on machine availability, staff, and material supply.
• Support operators and machine crews in daily production operations.
• Ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in maintaining safety standards on the production floor, including proper use of equipment and protective gear.
• Immediately report any hazards or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Help with general maintenance tasks and ensure production equipment is in good working condition.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the production area.
