Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and assign maintenance projects
Oversee ongoing maintenance programs, including routine maintenance, seasonal preparations, renovation projects and scheduled upgrades
Conduct regular inspections
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, inventory, etc.
Create and adhere to an approved maintenance budget
Collaborate with third‑party contractors and technicians as needed
Ensure safety compliance, including training staff on safety measures
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in building maintenance, facility management
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in diagnosing and resolving a wide range of maintenance issues is essential.
Work location: Bukit Timah residence
Experience in handling high‑end projects/condo/residential
