Résumé du poste
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Manager to coordinate and oversee maintenance projects. Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in facility management and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with maintenance issues, particularly in high-end residential projects. The role involves ensuring safety compliance and managing budgets effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance.
- Experience in handling high-end projects/condo/residential.
Responsabilités
- Coordinate and assign maintenance projects.
- Oversee ongoing maintenance programs.
- Conduct regular inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory.
Connaissances

- Coordinate and assign maintenance projects
- Oversee ongoing maintenance programs, including routine maintenance, seasonal preparations, renovation projects and scheduled upgrades
- Conduct regular inspections
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, inventory, etc.
- Create and adhere to an approved maintenance budget
- Collaborate with third‑party contractors and technicians as needed
- Ensure safety compliance, including training staff on safety measures
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in building maintenance, facility management
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in diagnosing and resolving a wide range of maintenance issues is essential.
- Work location: Bukit Timah residence
- Experience in handling high‑end projects/condo/residential
