Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on terminal equipment, such as bucket elevators, air slides, compressors, and other mechanical systems.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations.
3. Ensure that all tools and equipment are in safe and optimal working condition, making necessary repairs and adjustments as required.
4. Monitor and manage the flow of cement products within the terminal, including ship receiving and bulk loading, to ensure efficient handling and storage.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and issues that arise.
6. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Technician in the cement terminal industry.
• Forklift license or Welder certificate is a plus.
• Ability to work in a cement terminal environment, which may include exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
