Job Description

• Lead and actively supervise logistics activities including loading, stacking, and storage of finished goods to prevent damage.

• Ensure finished goods are delivered accurately and on time to customers’ locations.

• Coordinate shipment containers and oversee the stuffing process to meet shipment deadlines.

• Ensure strict adherence to customer and internal compliance requirements.

• Implement and maintain the First In First Out (FIFO) inventory principle.

• Navigate and transact effectively within the ERP system to support operations.

• Maintain complete and accurate documentation for local and export shipments.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics supervision with a proven hands-on leadership approach —Beyond managing, actively participating in everyday operations

• Strong mindset for continuous improvement with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Calm and composed under pressure, flexible and adaptable to change.

• Practical, dynamic, and results-driven with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
