Job description

You will be part of our Air Logistics team, adding your expertise and skills to the delivery of customer and operational excellence.

Your Role

You will be responsible for leading and growing the portfolio of aerospace to gain + retain customers. You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing key objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• To ensure all aerospace teams receive basic, refresher trainings +/or specialized trainings (E.g. Dangerous Goods Regulation) as required.
• To ensure all working instructions + standard operating procedures are up to date + accessible by all stakeholders.
• To lead + monitor implementation of all new business awards
• To communicate current activities + continuous improvement opportunities in partnership with key stakeholders.
• To collaborate with sales + pricing teams in driving growth.
• To ensure the quality of product + service through regular engagement with carrier partners.
• To provide guidance on transportation + packaging solutions.
• To support + liaise closely with relevant teams in internal + external audits as required.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Several years in air freight operations, commercial roles, or business development, with a proven track record of success.
• Aerospace Expertise: 4-6 years experience in aerospace projects, development, or logistics.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
• Market Research: Ability to conduct competitor analysis and market profiling.
• Strategic Thinking: Experience in defining and implementing business development strategies.
• Collaboration: Ability to work with internal and external teams to drive growth.
