A leading company in the drilling sector is seeking a Logistic Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound operations and handle shipping documentation. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Logistics, 2 years of experience in the field, and basic IT skills. This full-time role requires a customer-oriented team player who can work independently. The position offers a salary ranging from $2,000 to $2,300 per month.

• Well versed with Import & Export Shipping Procedures.

• To take charge and co-ordinate inbound/outbound operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• To take charge and co-ordinate inbound/outbound operations.
• Prepare and handle Certificate of Origin and shipping documents.
• Liaise with freight forwarder & customer on delivery & shipment.
• Updating and liaising of shipment schedule with different departments.
• Input and maintain data into software/excel worksheet.
• Issuing of purchase order & invoices.
• Enquire on shipping quotation.
• Reporting – monthly reports related to sales and shipments.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Education Level : ITE/Diploma Logistic
• Min. 2 Years of Experience in Shipping and Logistics Field
• Well versed with Import & Export Shipping Procedures
• Basic IT skills - Microsoft offices / software
• Customer-oriented, team player, and a fast learner
• Able to work independently

Working hours: Monday to Friday

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 per month
