A leading education institute in Singapore seeks an Education Sales Manager to drive local student recruitment through a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will lead the Direct Sales team, optimize sales strategies, and achieve enrollment goals. Responsibilities include coaching team members, engaging in sales consultations, and participating in outreach events. This role offers a competitive remuneration package, including a base salary of $60,000 on-target commission with unlimited upside based on performance.

As EAIM strengthens its presence in the local education landscape with its new campus at Jurong East (Perennial Business City), we are expanding our Direct Sales Division to better serve Singaporean and Singapore-based adult learners.
The Education Sales Manager is responsible for driving EAIM’s local student recruitment through a high-performing Direct Sales team. This role requires strong leadership, strong selling skills, and the ability to build and execute sales strategies targeted at Singaporeans, working adults, mid-career professionals, and school leavers.
You will lead a team of Education Sales Executives, optimise sales funnels, and collaborate with Marketing and Academic departments to achieve EAIM’s enrolment goals.
This is a hands‑on leadership role — you will both lead the team and personally engage in sales activities when needed.
Earn a competitive $60,000 on-target commission, with unlimited upside based on performance.
