  • Oversee daily sales operations of the TCM retail store and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and membership programs to increase customer traffic and repeat purchases.
  • Analyze sales performance and propose improvement plans (e.g., best-selling products, slow-season strategies).
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including sales consultants and wellness/therapy assistants.
  • Conduct regular staff training on product knowledge, basic TCM concepts, and customer service skills.
  • Handle staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and target setting.
  • Provide customers with professional product recommendations, including TCM herbal products, supplements, and wellness items.
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and headquarters to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Monitor inventory rotation, expiry dates, and product display standards.
  • Assist in product selection and new product introduction.
  • Ensure the store complies with company SOPs and relevant health/safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
