Grace Holding Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Executive to spearhead our expansion into regional markets, including Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, Myanmar, Thailand, and beyond. This role requires a proven track record in cross-border market entry, strategic partnership development, and driving revenue growth across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement market penetration strategies for assigned overseas markets.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure new partnerships, distributors, and franchise opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to create market-specific campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage and execute business development projects from planning to completion.
  • Travel regionally for meetings, exhibitions, and market exploration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or any related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in business development with regional/cross-border exposure.
  • Proven success in developing markets such as Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, or Thailand.
  • Strong understanding of overseas market dynamics, consumer trends, and local regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in English; additional Asian languages (Vietnamese, Thai, Malay, Tagalog) will be an advantage.
