We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team within the broker‑dealer industry. This role is based in the heart of Singapore and is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic professional with a strong background in financial services and a passion for building and managing successful sales teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, expanding the company’s client base, and maintaining strong relationships with institutional and individual investors. You will oversee sales activities, track performance metrics, and work closely with the compliance and operations teams to ensure all activities adhere to relevant regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, mentoring sales professionals, conducting client presentations, and participating in relevant industry events. You must have a deep understanding of financial products, market trends, and regulatory standards affecting the broker‑dealer sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to increase revenue and market share.
