- Monitor systems and infrastructure, support trading platforms, and assist with end‑of‑day processing.
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, phones, trading terminals, and peripherals, ensuring high user satisfaction
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or relevant expertise
- Minimum 3 years of experience in L1 desktop support
- Experience supporting trading platforms such as FIS Valdi, Bloomberg terminals, CQG Desktop, or TT Futures
