• Generate business ideas and identify cross-selling opportunities to drive growth.
• Take full ownership of projects, ensuring high‑quality and value‑added deliverables to clients.
• Efficiently define the scope and content of marketing and pitch materials to create winning presentations
• Originate ideas, manage sector coverage, and act as a product specialist.
• Mentor and develop analysts and associates within the team.
• Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for clients and project managers.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking.
• Bachelor degree preferably in Banking, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Strong industry and product knowledge with proven deals execution track record.
• Expertise in IBD processes (strategic advisory, fixed income origination, LBO and loans, ECM/DCM).
• Knowledgeable of key structuring issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Client‑focused mindset and with the ability to work under time pressure.
