Job
  • Respond to user enquiries via phone or ticketing system, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Document, track, and escale complex issues while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Monitor systems and infrastructure, support trading platforms, and assist with end‑of‑day processing.
  • Set up and configure desktops, laptops, phones, trading terminals, and peripherals, ensuring high user satisfaction
The Talent
  • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or relevant expertise
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in L1 desktop support
  • Experience supporting trading platforms such as FIS Valdi, Bloomberg terminals, CQG Desktop, or TT Futures
