Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to manage IT service requests and improve customer support processes. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of desktop support, strong communication skills in English, and expertise in Microsoft Office 365. Industry certifications such as Microsoft MCSE and AWS are preferred. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance IT operations and maintain asset management practices.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of Desktop/Laptop and Operating System support.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Administration and Teams.
• Strong customer focus with a problem-solving mindset.
• Hands-on experience with Meraki/Cisco or next-gen firewalls.
• Experience with IT asset management and automation tools.
• Industry certifications in relevant IT fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage problems and service requests to ensure service delivery within SLA.
• Proactively identify and address recurring problems.
• Oversee the purchase and billing of IT licenses and equipment.
• Manage the lifecycle of IT assets from acquisition to disposal.
• Write educational content for the self-service portal.
• Assist with IT systems and infrastructure support.
