We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Servicedesk Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels.
What You'll Do:
Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure operational efficiency.
Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues as needed.
Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up their workstations and accounts.
Continuously improve service delivery processes based on user feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or servicedesk roles.
Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and common software applications.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
