We are looking for one full time coach who wants a long term, professional coaching career built on purpose, stability, and growth.

We work with adults above 40 and seniors who often come with pain, fear, injuries, and long histories of failed attempts.

• Coaching adults aged 40 to 80 in 1-4 semi private personal training session
• Delivering structured strength and movement programs
• Prioritizing technique, safety, and progressive development
• Supporting the students through habit building and behavior change
• Building strong, long term relationships with the students
• Working within clear systems alongside a supportive team

• You genuinely care about people and it shows in how you listen, explain, and adjust sessions to meet them where they are
• You prioritize safety, technique, and long term progress over intensity or ego
• You adjust your coaching approach when a student is confused, fearful, or struggling
• You can coach multiple students at once without losing attention to technique, safety, and individual needs
• You can regress and progress exercises smoothly, protecting confidence while keeping standards high
• You show up on time, prepared, and present for every session
• You are meticulous in observing each student’s physical and emotional needs, and you document key notes so coaching stays consistent and individualized

Formal fitness certifications are required.
Character, coachability, and maturity matter more than charisma or aesthetics.

• A proven track record of reliability, professionalism, and coachability in coaching, teaching, or service roles
• If you are early in your career, you must be highly coachable and consistent
• Fitness or health related background preferred
• Experience coaching general population is a strong advantage

Experience with seniors is not required.
Caring deeply about your work is required.
