What You'll Do:
You'll be the face of our wellness business, helping customers experience our range of recovery and performance services. Think of it as being part barista, part wellness guide, part hospitality pro.
- Coffee Service: Prepare and serve our functional coffee (we'll teach you!)
- Wellness Services: Guide clients through each treatment session (we'll teach you!)
- Customer Care: Handle bookings, answer questions, and make sure every customer feels amazing
- Payments: Process payments using our simple POS system
- Area Upkeep: Keep service areas clean, welcoming, and ready for the next guest
No experience needed - we provide full training on everything!
What We're Looking For:
- People Person: You love helping people and creating great experiences
- Quick Learner: Comfortable learning new equipment and systems
- Team Player: Works well with others and flexible with shifts
- Detail-Oriented: Keeps things organised and accurate
- Minimum: GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
- Bonus: Customer service or hospitality background
- Good if you have a Food Safety Course Level 1 Certificate (but not a must)
Schedule Options:
We have 2 shift patterns - you'll be assigned one based on business needs:
- Morning Shift: 6.30am–2.30pm (5 days/week)
- Afternoon Shift: 11am–7pm (5 days/week)
44 hours/week with rotating schedule. Weekend work required.
