Your Mission:

• Lead supplier quality audits (IATF16949 / ISO9001) and drive CAPA & 8D resolutions
• Own APQP & PPAP processes – Ensure flawless new supplier onboarding
• Solve complex technical issues (PCB/PCBA, GD&T, SPC, DFMEA/PFMEA)
• Collaborate with global teams to improve supplier performance & reduce defects
• Spearhead continuous improvement using Six Sigma & Lean methodologies

We are looking for:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• 5-8 years in Supplier Quality Engineering (Automotive / Electronics)
• IATF16949 Lead Auditor Certification
• Strong technical expertise in PCBA, GD&T, SPC, APQP, PPAP
• Proven problem-solving skills (8D, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma)
