Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore is looking for an Administrative Support Associate for an 11-month contract. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, review claims, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate records. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma in Business Administration, with prior administrative experience preferred. The position operates Monday to Friday during regular office hours, offering a monthly salary up to $2580. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support by reviewing reimbursement claims for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in compiling file listings using the relevant templates.
  • Coordinate with external vendors on file digitisation, monitor progress, and ensure completion within stipulated timelines.
  • Support quality assurance checks on digitised documents.
  • Update and maintain accurate file records in the File Tracking System.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain procurement records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
  • Organise and coordinate staff briefings and engagement sessions.
  • Track and monitor renovation timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide secretariat support for meetings and engagement sessions.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
