1. Job Description
- Play as Project Manager (Project Management Office) or Delivery Lead on banking system development or implementation projects.
- Manage the progress and milestones. Promote and control issues & ToDo. Organize progress reports and report to client management. Also, manage costs and human resources.
- Communicate closely with clients, business & IT team members. Organize teams and lead until project completion.
- Manage client expectations to maintain a positive company impression.
2. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Knowledge and experience in IT Project Management.
- Understanding of the entire software development lifecycle.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT project management or as a Delivery Lead, overseeing project development from start to finish.
- Experience in defining approaches and plans, tracking status, identifying and resolving issues and risks, resource planning, and governance.
- Ability to understand and follow the processes involved in banking system development or implementation projects.
- Japanese & English language skills.
- Proficiency in Japanese (native or JLPT N1 or higher) for engagement with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (business level) for communication with diverse team members.
- Banking operations or systems knowledge and experience (preferred).
- Personal qualities: cheerful, good communication skills, team player with high spirit, self-motivated, enthusiastic, effective in diverse cultural and IT backgrounds, detail-oriented, organized, conceptual and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple planning horizons.
