Job Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and maintaining mainly regional SEIBI systems such as Loan Plus, Funding System and Asia Hub, but not limited to. This role involves a variety of BAU IT operations tasks that ensure the smooth operations, security, and efficiency of the organization's systems, including to support Application/Infrastructure Delivery teams.
Infrastructure Management
- Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage systems, network devices and Oracle database to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor system performance and uptime, ensuring that all infrastructure components meet established service levels
- Manage and maintain virtualized environments, including hypervisors and container platforms (e.g., VMware)

Platform Administration- Manage and administer platform services, for regional on-premise-based systems
- Implement and optimize automation scripts and tools to streamline infrastructure operations
- Monitor and manage platform logs, analyzing them for performance issues or security concerns
Security and Compliance- Implement and maintain security measures, including patch management, firewalls, and access controls, to protect infrastructure and data
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards
- Manage disaster recovery and backup systems to safeguard critical data and maintain business continuity
Troubleshooting and Support- Diagnose and resolve infrastructure-related issues, to minimize downtime and disruptions to business operations
- Provide technical support for escalated issues, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders as needed
- Document resolutions, best practices, and system configurations for future reference
BAU Upgrades- Plan and execute BAU platform/ infrastructure upgrades and optimization, to maintain the operational state of regional systems
Job Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and 10 years of total experience
- Proficiency in managing operating systems (Windows, Linux) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware)
- Proven experience in on-premise-based platforms and hybrid environments
- Strong understanding of platform/ infrastructure security principles and practices to safeguard regional system and data
- Experience with managing relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL and/or MariaDB
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
