Job Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP HCM ECC modules, including:
  • Organizational Management (OM)
  • Personnel Administration (PA)
  • Time Management (PT)
  • Payroll (PY) – Global and/or country-specific
  • Benefits (BN) and ESS/MSS
  • Act as a functional lead in SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, data integration, and rollout strategies.
  • Drive or support migration from ECC HCM to SuccessFactors or SAP HCM for S/4HANA (H4S4).
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to assess business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP/SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations and labor laws within payroll and time schemas.
  • Define and oversee interfaces/integrations with third-party systems (e.g., benefits, time clocks, payroll vendors).
  • Participate in system testing, user training, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Guide junior team members and provide thought leadership in HR digital transformation journeys.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • 20–30 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC HCM, with strong configuration skills in PA, OM, TM, and Payroll.
  • Deep expertise in Payroll schemas, rules, and country-specific configurations.
  • Strong implementation/rollout experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Good understanding of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and middleware for SF–SAP integrations.
  • Solid knowledge of Time Evaluation, Wage Types, Personnel Calculation Rules, and Off-Cycle Payroll.
  • Experience with data migration, HR master data, and organizational structure setup.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or IT.
  • SAP Certifications in HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central (preferred).
  • Experience working in large global organizations and multi-country rollouts.
  • Familiarity with SAP HCM for S/4HANA (H4S4) is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to SuccessFactors modules such as Time Off, Payroll Integration, Position Management, or Compensation.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for HR and ESS/MSS on S/4HANA.
  • Experience integrating SAP HCM with cloud-based payroll providers (e.g., ADP, NGA).

Familiarity with SuccessFactors People Analytics and reporting frameworks.
