Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a results-driven Information Technology Manager with a strong background in Data Analytics, Digital Banking and Finance sector.

This role involves end-to-end project lifecycle management, strategic stakeholder engagement, and the integration of advanced data and reporting platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with stakeholders at all levels for requirements gathering, status communication, and issue resolution.

Lead and deliver full lifecycle project management of digital banking transformation initiatives including Mobile and Personal Online Banking platforms.

Drive retail banking fintech implementations and finance-related transformations across ledger, reconciliations, budgeting, tax, and risk domains.

Manage project scope, cost, schedules, risks, changes, and quality to ensure successful delivery.

Extensive experience in managing complex digital transformation initiatives across the banking domain, particularly in Retail and Mobile Banking.

Coordinate vendor activities and manage internal and external resources to meet project goals.

Lead business and data analysis for functional system integrations and reporting solutions.

Implement data analytics and enterprise performance reporting across Finance, Tax, and Risk.

Oversee development and delivery of BI dashboards and data warehouse solutions for operational insights.

Facilitate change management initiatives in line with enterprise transformation goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

Business & Data Analysis

Experience in business analysis, functional integration, and cross-functional collaboration, Strong understanding of financial accounting, risk, and compliance reporting, Proficiency in data warehousing and EPM systems
