A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide strategic counsel on workforce planning and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of progressive HR experience and a strong educational background in Human Resources or Business Administration. Responsibilities include designing talent management strategies, coaching managers in performance management, and ensuring legal compliance within HR practices.
