Job summary

An established finance and HR firm in Singapore is seeking a Hybrid Finance + HR Manager to oversee finance operations, manage HR functions, and ensure governance and compliance. This role requires 5–7 years of experience in Finance or a combined role, strong knowledge of Singapore regulations, and proficiency with QBO and Odoo ERP. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and engage with the Board, providing crucial support for operational efficiency and digital transformation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end finance operations.
  • Manage payroll and HR functions for approximately 25 employees.
  • Prepare Board papers and coordinate corporate governance.
  • Lead or coordinate financial, grant, and compliance audits.
  • Stabilize and drive the implementation of Odoo ERP.

Willowmore is entering its next phase of growth and islooking for a dynamic team player to drive the success of our Finance and HRfunctions, with strong governance and operational rigor.

This role reports to the CEO, has visibility to theBoard of Directors, and may support Investor Relations activities.

Key Responsibilities
Finance
  • Oversee end-to-end finance operations: month-end close, managementaccounts, cash flow (live & projected), treasury, AR/AP, revenuerecognition, and credit control.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and Board/management financial reports.
  • Lead annual audit, corporate tax compliance, GST submissions, andother regulatory/statutory reporting.
  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls, finance SOPs, andaccounting systems (QBO transitioning to Odoo ERP w.e.f. FY2026).
Human Resources
  • Manage payroll (approx. 25 employees), including CPF/IRAS submissions,benefits, insurance, and leave administration.
  • Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts, letters, and HRpolicies in line with Singapore requirements.
  • Support and administer performance reviews, disciplinary processes,and HR digitalization via Odoo.
  • Lead recruitment, manpower planning, HR records/documentation, andESOP administration documentation.
Corporate Governance & BoardSupport
  • Prepare Board papers, minutes, resolutions, and governancedocumentation.
  • Coordinate with corporate secretaries and ensure ACRA/statutorycompliance.
  • Support due diligence, investor/board materials, and complianceframeworks (e.g., PDPA, cybersecurity, ISO).
Audit, Compliance, Legal & Risk
  • Lead or coordinate financial, grant, and compliance audits.
  • Manage grant applications and claims, including supporting documentsand audit readiness.
  • Perform first-level contract review and maintain tracking for keylegal/commercial items (e.g., IP, licensing, renewals), escalating whereneeded.
  • Maintain basic risk controls and compliance tracking across keyfunctions.
ERP & Process Improvement
  • Stabilize and drive the implementation of Odoo ERP across Finance/HRand related modules following the QBO transition.
  • Standardize workflows, improve automation, and ensure data accuracyand integrity across systems.
Operations & Facilities(Oversight)
  • Support logistics, vendor onboarding, tender documentation, and SOPcompliance where required for business operations.
  • Oversee office administration matters: lease, facilities, utilities,pantry, equipment, and staff events coordination.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting / Finance / HR (or equivalent).
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in Finance or a combined Finance + HRrole.
  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore regulations and practices: GST,CPF, IRAS, MOM, ACRA.
  • Experience supporting audits, governance, and Board reporting.
  • Digitally proficient: hands-on experience with QBO and preferably Odoo(or comparable ERP), with strong adaptability to new systems/workflows.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, strong communicator, high integrity, andable to work cross-functionally in a lean team.
