Resumo da oferta
A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, advising on manpower planning and enhancing HR policies and practices. The role also includes maintaining HRIS and supporting office administration tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collaborative workplace culture.
Responsabilidades
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business units, providing manpower planning guidance.
- Review and enhance HR policies to align with regulations and best practices.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives for workplace culture.
- Oversee training needs analysis and course coordination.
- Maintain HRIS for accurate reporting and data analysis.
- Support office administration tasks and operational functions.
