This is a 24-month long-term assignment of an employee from our Head Office in Zurich to Singapore Branch as part of knowledge transfer between the 2 locations and strengthening the cooperation with Fund Offering in Asia. By having a presence in Singapore, it enables fund-related requests, processing, and problem-solving to be handled more quickly and efficiently. The reduced time difference will allow for more efficient collaboration, resulting in faster turnaround times for feedback and implementation. This benefit also extends to new projects and for the employee to also gain a deeper understanding of local systems and requirements in Singapore that can help to better understand the needs of the secondary home market and implement solutions more effectively for the group.

Role: Fund Offering Project Specialist

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Platform management: Maintenance and presentation of the entire fund offering on various platforms such as Products and Services Portal (PSP), Fund Gallery, Scalable Advice Engine (SAE), and Morningstar
• Project management related to fund offering, such as automating content delivery into advisory tools and further development of the Fund Gallery with respective collateral i.e. fund story board in collaboration with internal and external IT teams. A big focus here will be on the Alternatives side to establish a fit for purpose fund story board which can be used at the point of sales and eventually as well for some after sales
• Sales and after-sales support for third-party and proprietary Julius Baer and Premium Selection funds, including publications, newsletters, update meetings, and fund manager calls
• Development and maintenance of client-facing materials, such as Fund Story Boards (FSB) and other presentations, in collaboration with fund advisors and legal departments
• Acting as primary point of contact for tools such as PSP, Fund Gallery, and their contained fund information, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and resolving issues related to incorrect or missing data
• Bachelor degree (preferably in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration) with above-average academic results
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Visio) and Sharepoint
• Strong project management
• Good knowledge in Bloomberg system
• Able to work effectively with HQ
• High interest in banking and financial markets
