A leading financial institution in Singapore is seeking a Fund Offering Project Specialist for a 24-month assignment. This role focuses on managing fund offerings, supporting sales processes, and maintaining client-facing materials. Candidates should hold a relevant Bachelor's degree, possess strong project management skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential. This position offers a chance to collaborate closely with headquarters and understand local market dynamics.
This is a 24-month long-term assignment of an employee from our Head Office in Zurich to Singapore Branch as part of knowledge transfer between the 2 locations and strengthening the cooperation with Fund Offering in Asia. By having a presence in Singapore, it enables fund-related requests, processing, and problem-solving to be handled more quickly and efficiently. The reduced time difference will allow for more efficient collaboration, resulting in faster turnaround times for feedback and implementation. This benefit also extends to new projects and for the employee to also gain a deeper understanding of local systems and requirements in Singapore that can help to better understand the needs of the secondary home market and implement solutions more effectively for the group.
