A prominent consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to guide its licensing under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in capital markets, a strong compliance background, and proven leadership in regulated environments. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing financial reporting, and maintaining corporate governance practices.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will play a pivotal role in leading the company through its Capital Markets Services (CMS) licence application process and in establishing the governance, operational, and compliance frameworks necessary for future licensed operations under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). This role requires a leader with deep knowledge of Singapore’s capital markets and regulatory environment, who can work closely with legal, compliance, and operational teams to ensure the company’s successful licensing and readiness for launch.
