Sales Manager (office based) – Key Executive Officer (KEO)
We are seeking an experienced and professionalSales Manager – Key Executive Officer (KEO)to lead our dynamic dormitory sales team. A strategic pivotal role that combines strategic sales leadership with regulatory oversight, ensuring high occupancy rates, optimal rental yields, and full compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the dormitory sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Provide strategic direction and hands‑on supervision to ensure alignment with company goals.
Regulatory Compliance & Licensing
- Ensure full compliance with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) regulations and industry standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison with CEA, managing all regulatory communications and updates.
- Oversee the annual renewal of the Estate Agency licence and individual salesperson licences.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submissions to regulatory bodies.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive occupancy and rental rate growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Manage relationships with tenants, vendors, and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize results.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 GCE 'O' Level passes or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience a salesperson.
- Qualify as a Key Executive Officer (KEO) under Singapore's Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) regulations.
- Strong understanding of the regulations and work closely with the team to ensure all sales activities are compliant.
- Full compliance with CPF Board requirements.
- No conflicts of interest with responsibilities as a KEO.
- Not holding or associated with a moneylender’s licence.
