The Admin Officer/Executive will support the daily operations of our office. This role involves organizing office activities, assisting with internal communication, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office systems and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team and other departments.
  • Manage daily office activities, including handling incoming/outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Assist the operations team with preparing and posting job advertisements on our platform.
  • Manage manual attendance records: compile, verify, and update attendance reports regularly.
  • Track and manage inventory of gift redemption items, ensuring accurate records.
  • Provide reception duties when necessary, including greeting visitors and handling front desk inquiries.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires and assist with internal communications.
  • Ensure all administrative processes are executed with high accuracy and within set deadlines.
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
