Job description

Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), University of the Arts Singapore, an esteemed arts institution with a global reputation seeks an administratively strong Executive Officer at the Centre for Lifelong Education (CLE).

Established in 2005, NAFA’s Centre for Lifelong Education is Singapore’s leading institute for continuing education and training in arts, design and media. Its courses offer opportunities to upskill, reskill and develop new hobbies, through our short courses and certificate courses.

Roles and Responsibilities

The role involves providing administrative and operational support for the smooth delivery of Certificate and Short Courses during the contract period. You will assist with course registration, administration, student support, logistics, and coordination with the CLE team to ensure efficient and professional execution of programmes.

A key part of the role includes managing registration processes, both online and walk-in, and providing prompt and professional responses to enquiries. You will be responsible for maintaining learner records, verifying enrolment status, and supporting post-registration administration to ensure accuracy and seamless course delivery.

In addition, you will coordinate logistics and facilities setup for classes, prepare commencement documents and student materials, and provide support to trainers where required. You will also assist the CLE team with reporting, data consolidation, and general administrative duties, while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department through ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • You should possess minimally a GCE ‘O/N/A’ Level or Diploma qualification, or equivalent.
  • Prior administrative experience, preferably in an education or training environment, will be an advantage.
  • To succeed in this role, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and demonstrate strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A positive and adaptable attitude, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently, is essential.

If you have a passion for the arts, we encourage you to apply. This is your opportunity to be part of NAFA in our season of global recognition and to shape the future of arts education in Asia.
