Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution - Drive the implementation of the company’s business strategies to achieve organizational goals and growth targets.
• Executive Advisory - Provide strategic counsel to the CEO and the Board of Directors in Japan to support informed decision‑making.
• Business Planning & Management - Develop and manage comprehensive business plans to ensure alignment with company objectives and facilitate target achievement.
• Financial Oversight - Monitor and oversee the company’s financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth across business ventures.
• Performance Monitoring & Improvement - Track operational performance and lead initiatives for continuous improvement across departments.
• Operational Leadership - Supervise daily operations and coordinate management activities across various departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• External Representation - Represent the company in external business engagements, maintaining strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience within the rubber industry.
• Proficiency in Business Japanese is preferred, especially for reporting and presenting to the Holding Company in Japan.
• Proven track record in developing strategic and business plans.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and external factors influencing the industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills; comfortable working with data and financial metrics.
• High level of resilience and commitment; capable of planning, prioritizing, and performing under pressure.
