Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant shipping experience preferred.
 - Knowledge of LC application and negotiation.
 - Able to commence within short notice or immediately.
 
Responsibilities
- Handle and check LC (letter of credit).
 - Update data into Client’s system.
 - Track goods en-route and forward information to customers.

Education
 Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma
- Handling and checking of LC (letter of credit)
 
- Updating of data into Client’s system
 
- Work closely with overseas agents/office, various Loaders / co-loaders, vendors, and warehouse
 
- Arrange timely collections / Dispatch according to customer’s request.
 
- Responsible for tracking of goods en-route or any problem arise and forward information or pre-alerts to customers.
 
- Ensure timely billing and accuracy of the invoices.
 
- Attend and respond to customers’ inquiries.
 
- Foster and maintain customer relationships to their fullest.
 
- Arranging cargo insurance and all other types of Shipping documents
 
- Liaise, coordinate and respond to meet customer’s shipping requirements
 
- Handling customer issues and feedbacks
 
- Interact with dispatch for shipping arrangements
 
- Performs any other task as instructed by section manager.
 
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma
 
- Meticulous to details

- Preferable candidate with at least 1 year of relevant shipping experience
 
- Knowledge of LC application and negotiation
 
- Independent with good communication skills
